Happy New Year! This year sure did fly by. Hubby says time flys when you are not having any new experiences in your daily life. I don’t like that. I sure do hope I am experiencing new things daily, maybe weekly. This has to improve.
I have decided to start of 2013 with a word for the year, “improve.” This idea comes from my friend Nicole (from Beautiful Objects), she passed along great blog by Ali Edwards where she discussed having a word for the year. Why a word? What do you do with a word? It’s kind of like a reminder:
You live with it. You invite it into you life. You let it speak to you. You might even follow where it leads. There are so many possibilities. ~Ali Edwards
For the month of January I am going to share with you how I am going to be “Improving our little world.” By our little world, I do not mean solving the hungry epidemic or creating a peaceful world. I mean, my little world I live in. Our home, our life style, our fun times, our daily routines, that kind of thing. I have some fun projects lined up to organize the kiddos room, a few new vegan recipes to share, some art projects that I have been wanting to do FOREVER! Perfect ways to Improve our little world. I hope you follow along, try a few projects and maybe even pick a word for the year.
